According to the latest time extend notice of the National University, the 1st year examination form for degree pass and certificate course in 2023 will start from 22 November 2023. Form Fill Up Time Extend Notice
The National University has again increased the time to fill up the first year degree examination form. A notice publish on the official website of the National University on 21-11-2023. Let’s take a look at the notice
The published notice says that the time for filling out the online form of degree first year examination is extend. According to the notice, the students can complete the first year degree examination form fillup online from 22nd November 2023 to 28th November 2023.
Earlier, the National University had issued another notice regarding the increase in the time for filling up the first year degree examination form. In the published notice also the time for form filling was extended till 14th November 2023.
According to the published notice, the online application period for filling the first year degree examination form has been extended from 30th October 2023 to 14th November 2023. Besides, the date of depositing money through Sonali Seba has also been increased from 19-11-2023 to 20-11-2023.
It may be noted that as per the previous notice, the filling of the first year degree examination form was supposed to be completed on 30 October 2023. Later, the time of National University was increased again and it was made up to 14 November. Students must complete the form filling within the stipulated time.

How to Complete Degree 1st Year Form Fill Up Online?

- Select your exam name (Degree 1st Year)
- Click Apply (For Student)
- Submit your registration Number to go next step.
- Then Submit your phone number
- After that complete the form fill-up process.
- Then Print the final documents.
You will get a printed application copy after completing the online form-filling process. Take it to the bank and pay the prescribed fee there. This is how you can complete the process of filling the National University degree 1st-year exam form.
Note: You will need to complete the form online within the stipulated time (TIll 29th October 2023). There is no way to fill up the degree 1st-year form fill up before or after the given time.
NU Degree Exam Form Fill UP Fees 2023
Those who will fill up the form of degree first year examination of 2023 must pay certain amount of fee. Now we will discuss in detail about the first year exam fee for degree pass and certificate course of 2022 session.

Besides, private students registered in 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 academic year and registered in 2014, 2015 and 2016 will not be able to participate in the first year exam in 2022.
And if they do not fill the form in the first year exam of 2022, if they do not fill the form and take the exam or if there is any wrongdoing after taking the exam, these students will not be able to apply for the opportunity to participate in the exam in the future.
Besides, at the time of admission, Incourse (Regular, Private and Certificate Course) Fee at the rate of Tk 200 will be accepted by the concerned college and complete the Incourse examination.
Rules for Paying Degree Form Fill Up Fee

The filled form will mention the candidate code and fee. Two copies of passport-size photos have to be attached to the application form.
Then there will be two parts of the printed application form along with a fee for form fill which should be signed by the Principal. A part of the prescribed form fill up application form should be submitted to the college authority.

Irregular Student Conditions
- 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 academic year students and private students registered in 2019, 2020, 2021.
- All these students who did not participate in the first-year exam in 2019, 2020, 2021 exam or participated unsuccessfully can participate in this exam.
- The students of all the sessions mentioned above who have participated in the first year examination and obtained F grade in one or more courses and passed the second year can appear in the examination.
- Besides, among those students who have failed in the first year examination and passed the second year (Promoted-C), it is mandatory to participate in this examination.
- In addition, the above students have to appear in the first and second papers of science subjects with a compulsory History of the development of independent Bangladesh in the first year.
Improvement Student Conditions
- 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21 academic year students and 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 students in grade improvement examination.
- Those taking the first year examination 2021 for the first time who have obtained CDO grade can give improvement examinations in maximum two courses with COD grade.
- However, there is no opportunity for improvement exam if the paper with F grade is upgraded to C or D grade
Certificate Course Student Conditions
- Registered students of Certificate Course 2022 will be able to participate in the scheduled first and second paper examinations of the first year of the degree.
- 2019, 2020 and 2021 certificate course students who have not appeared for first-year examination
- All those students who are not promoted by participating will take the first and second paper exams scheduled for the first year
- All these students will participate in the exam according to the syllabus of the academic year 2013-14
In addition, some students of certificate course registration 2022 will be able to participate in the examination of certificate course 200 marks. Besides, the certificate course students of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 who did not participate in the first-year examination or failed to participate.
All these students can participate in the 2023 degree first year examination. Students will get the opportunity to participate in the exam according to the syllabus of the academic year 2013-14.

The National University class grading system follows the British undergraduate degree classification (GPA and Class Grading System). A GPA above or equal to 3 is equal to a 1st Class in Honours degree in Bangladesh. This means,

- Academic CGPA 2.25 to 2.99 = 2nd Class
- Academic CGPA 2.00 to 2.249 = 3rd Class
