According to the newly published NU Degree Admission 2023 notice, admission to the pass course for the academic year 2022-23 will start on August 02, 2023, from 4 pm.

And this degree pass admission process will continue till midnight on 30 August 2023. Students have to apply online by submitting the prescribed fee within the prescribed time.

Degree Admission Application Process 2023

Step 1: First visit the Degree admission website (nu.ac.bd/admissions). Then the applicant has to go to the Degree Pass tab on the admission website and click on the Apply Now (Degree Pass) option.

And in the information displayed on the website, the secondary and higher secondary equivalent examination roll number, registration number, education board, passing year, and registered mobile number must be entered correctly.

Step 2: Then select whether the applicant is a Male or a Female and enter the correct gender in the change option.

After that, the applicant can see his admission eligibility list, and here he will select the name of the department and district-wise college according to his choice.

Step 3: In the next step you need to upload your passport-size photo which should be 120 x 150 pixels. If any photo other than the applicant’s photo is uploaded in the initial application form.

Step 3: After filling in all the information and uploading the picture, the completed form should be submitted by clicking on the submit application option.

Later, if a candidate wants to verify the information displayed in the form, then he can edit it by logging in with the roll number from the application login.

Then print the application form. Applicants have to print the initial application and submit the attested copy of the applicant’s Degree first phase examination mark sheet registration card.

Step 4: After everything is completed, the applicant has to deposit 250 Taka as an application fee through mobile banking as determined by the respective college.

Degree Pass Admission Cancel Process

Warning for Degree Pass Course Dual Admission

If any student who is placed on the merit list of the first-year Degree Pass course in the academic year 2022-23. If and has been admitted in another academic year or is studying, the previous admission must be canceled and re-admitted.
If he is enrolled in two courses at the same time without canceling his previous admission, his registration will be considered canceled.

Note: If a student cancels admission for the academic year 2022-23 while the degree passes admission process is in progress, there will be no chance of reinstatement.

Requirements for Degree Admission 2023

Educational Conditions:

• The applicant should have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in SSC and an equivalent examination of 2018/ 2019/ 2020 from any recognized education board in Bangladesh.
• And must have achieved 2.0 with the fourth subject in HSC and equivalent examination of 2020/ 2021/ 2022.

• SSC and HSC pass students can apply for degree admission from Bangladesh Open University.
• Students who have passed at least four subjects with grade B in three subjects in O-level examination of 2018/2019/2020 and passed two subjects in one subject of the A-level examination of 2020/2021/2022 can apply for the admission program subject to fulfillment of conditions.
• Students from foreign countries must be citizens of Bangladesh and in this case, they can apply for this admission program if their secondary and higher secondary level marks obtained by any recognized education board of Bangladesh are determined to be equivalent.
• If an applicant has any previous admission and applies for this admission, both his admission and registration will be considered canceled.

National University Degree Admission Fee 2022

For admission to National University Degree admission for sessions 2022-23 have to pay some amount of fees. Here we will provide the figure of money that you have to pay for NU Degree admission 2023 sessions. So let’s see the fees for NU Degree admission in 2023.

1. Application fee: 250 Taka for a single admission application.
2. Registration fee (per student): 450 Taka.
3. Sport and culture fee: 20 Taka.
4. BNCC fee (Per Student): 5 Taka.
5. Rover Scout fees: 10 Taka.
6. Admission Cancel fee: 700 Taka
7. Reinstated fee: 700 Taka

Degree admission total fee 485 Taka for a session 2022-23 students. If you want to admit the National University Degree course, you have to pay 485 Taka by mobile banking.

• Admission cancellation fee: 700 Taka
• Admission Reinstated fee (Per student): 700 Taka.

If you want to cancel your Degree admission you have to pay 700 Taka to the NU authority for final cancellation. And if you want to Reinstate your Degree admission.

How to Pay Degree Admission Fees?

The admission fee of the concerned college students should be submitted to any Sonali Bank branch at the rate of Tk. 485 from the prescribed portion of the National Universities notice. 

You have to download the Pay Slip by clicking on the Admission Payment Information (Degree Reg) option through the login service. 

Through the National Pay Slip through the 2022-23 academic year, the registration account number 0218100003245 of the graduate (Degree Pass) “Registration Fee” sector will be mentioned and a copy will be sent to the nearest Sonali Sending Bank branch and collected the receipt.
