Welcome to the NUBD24 mobile application (“App”), created by MG Mynul (“Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App

User Data and Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information to provide and enhance the Service. Some data (e.g., Student Name, Course Name) is input by the user on the App and is collected ephemerally. The App includes a website (https://ask.nubd24.com) with login and sign-up pages where students can register and ask questions. All personal data provided during registration is stored on the server of this website.
- Data Usage: We will not use or share your information with anyone, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Data Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting the developer through a data deletion request.
Use of Downloaded Images
By using NUBD24, you agree to allow the app to download and store images related to National University updates on your device. This includes granting necessary storage permissions for the app to save downloaded images locally. Users are prohibited from unauthorized distribution or modification of downloaded images. Termination of your account may result in the deletion of downloaded images stored on your device.
Third-Party Services

Content
User-Generated Content:
- You are responsible for any content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through our app. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Privacy
Your use of our app is also governed by our app Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our app, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
